Two good days in a row. CrossFit Total. Max weight in back squat, press and deadlift. Went well. Completed sets to warm up in this manner using percentages of desired max weight. Of course I went for a reasonable set of numbers.

No general warm up, got under the bar.
bs: 450 questionable depth in my opinion. I completed a solid 435lb 2 minutes early so I prefer to feel good about that and try the 450lb agin next time. Humility:)
Tomorrow is Turkish Get Ups. I need to drill the Oly's and DU's! Lovin the MaxFit programming!!
